Micky Stefanov
CEO
With an eye and passion for growth, Micky Stefanov founded Stefanov Capital, LLC to provide comprehensive consulting and growth solutions for businesses of all sizes within the telecommunications industry.
With almost a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Micky has helped companies implement strategies to foster growth so that, when they’re ready for a merger or acquisition, their business and leadership are in the most advantageous position possible.
With over a $1 billion of deals closed and added experience as a valuation specialist, Micky has the knowledge to walk clients through every step of the transaction process, with a focus on clear communication and maximum results throughout.
As the founder and CEO, Micky is proud to lead the dedicated and knowledgeable Stefanov team to building a bigger future for every client.
Joey Miniard
Co- Founder / CFO
A native Kentuckian, Joey Miniard has been shepherding growth within the wireless telecommunications industry for over 15 years.
During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at QX.net, a central Kentucky-based wireless telecommunications company, Joey identified and executed a strategy which resulted in 50% topline growth-and five times net income growth- over five years.
From generating and analyzing financial modeling to guiding companies through state and federal audits, Joey’s is well-versed in all aspects of telecommunications-specific financial operations.
Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
Jeffrey Stefanov
COO
Jeffrey serves as Chief Operating Officer and the newest member of the Stefanov Capital leadership team. With a customer-first approach, he drives operational efficiencies to create exceptional experiences for every client relationship we build.
Before joining Stefanov Capital, Jeffrey was head of global operations for seller experiece & technology at PayPal, where he spearheaded initiatives to transform sales-impacting processes, shape company-wide sales strategies, and implement innovative technologies. His background spans more than a decade in operations leadership, complemented by additional experience in consulting and sales.
Jeffrey is passionate about understanding client needs at a deep level and delivering scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance. His focus is on building efficient, resilient systems tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Sydney Atkins
CIO
With over a decade of leadership experience, Sydney has led companies across broadband and
technology through complex capital strategies, M&A, and fundraising.
Previously, she was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Boston Omaha Asset
Management (NYSE: BOC) and held senior roles at Mac Mountain, Yellowstone Acquisition Company (NYSE: SKYH), and Ellevest.
A former Goldman Sachs Advisor and MIT Sloan MBA, Sydney also co-owns the Killington Distillery and serves on several nonprofit and family business boards.
Sydney is the Founder and GP of Rudder Capital and Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Stefanov Capital.
